In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or

refund if the product you purchased is:

  • Faulty,

  • Not as described, or

  • Not fit for its intended purpose.

Custom & Handmade Products

All artworks and handmade items are unique. Variations in color, texture, or appearance

compared to product photos are part of the creative process and do not qualify as faults.
